Which public sources are available?
Phase 1 demonstrates X and YouTube workflows with synthetic data. Reddit and LinkedIn are shown as coming soon and cannot be selected.
What counts as a signal?
In the planned live product, a signal is a deduplicated public post, reply, thread, video or comment that matches a configured term or alias. Phase 1 uses clearly labelled synthetic examples only.
Can we monitor peer organisations or competitors?
Yes. A monitor can follow public names, products, campaigns or peer brands. It must not target people by inferred religion or another sensitive trait.
Can we create custom categories?
Phase 1 includes a fixed responsible taxonomy and human correction workflow. Workspace-specific, schema-validated AI categories are coming in the live integration phase.
Will there be an API, MCP and webhooks?
Yes. Versioned REST, authenticated MCP, scoped keys and signed webhooks are on the live-integration roadmap. Phase 1 does not create keys or send events.
Does UmmahSignal identify who is Muslim?
No. Muslim organisations are the customers served; the product must never infer or label an individual’s religion.
Can it post replies for us?
No. UmmahSignal supports review and workflow. It does not autonomously reply, post or access private messages.
Are the plans chargeable today?
No. The three tiers are a transparent commercial preview modelled around monitor and mention limits. Phase 1 has no checkout, charge or production entitlement enforcement.
Can we request removal of public content?
Yes. The product design includes a public-content removal workflow and accountable deletion handling.
