Terms
Plain-language production terms for an invite-only UmmahSignal workspace.
Company and contact
UmmahSignal is operated by DAIDALOS LIMITED, company number 17495199, incorporated in England and Wales on 2 October 2026.
For questions about the service or privacy requests, contact support@ummahsignal.com.
Access and activation
Access is invite-only. An organisation must be approved, accept its workspace invitation and have a valid beta grant or paid subscription before collection begins. The free beta lasts 14 days from invitation acceptance, with one seat, one active monitor and 100 collected signals. It requires no card and does not charge or renew automatically. Source availability and processing restrictions apply to both beta and paid access.
Owners control billing, members, monitors, alerts, integrations and deletion. Members can manage signal workflows and their own preferences. Platform administration is separate from workspace ownership.
Plans, tax and usage
Starter is $29 per month or $261 per year; Pro is $99 per month or $891 per year; Scale is $299 per month or $2,691 per year, before applicable tax. Annual subscriptions are billed in one yearly payment. Stripe Tax may calculate tax from billing details. Existing subscriptions change only through the owner's reviewed billing flow.
Plan limits apply to monitors, monthly signals, seats, API calls and webhook endpoints. At the plan limit, affected monitors pause instead of creating automatic overage charges. Owners review any immediate charge before confirming a higher plan, which takes effect after required payment succeeds. Lower plans, changes between monthly and annual billing within the same plan, and cancellations apply at the end of the current paid period.
Payment failure and cancellation
A past-due subscription receives a three-day payment-recovery window. Scanning pauses and the workspace becomes read-only after that window until billing is restored.
Canceled workspaces remain read-only for up to 30 days for export or billing recovery, then are scheduled for deletion unless an owner requests earlier deletion.
Public-source coverage
Coverage is limited to configured public data available through official X, YouTube, Reddit and LinkedIn interfaces. Reddit is restricted to configured public communities under written commercial API access. LinkedIn is restricted to authorised organisation Page posts, comments and mentions, not unrestricted public keyword search.
Credentials, provider approvals, quotas, outages, policy changes, deletion requests, connector health and query precision can delay, pause or reduce coverage; UmmahSignal does not promise complete or real-time capture. The product does not access private messages, post replies or enrich individual profiles.
By using features that access YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube data is available for human review within the product and expires with its linked workflow data after 29 days.
Human review
Classifications, summaries, sentiment, priority and recommendations can be incomplete or wrong. Organisations must review the original public source and context before acting.
UmmahSignal does not provide religious, legal, medical, safeguarding or other professional rulings and never acts or replies on a customer’s behalf.
Developer interfaces
REST API, MCP and signed webhook access are subject to workspace permissions, scopes, rate limits and security requirements. Customers must protect API keys and webhook secrets, verify signatures and stop using revoked credentials.
YouTube and LinkedIn content is excluded from these developer interfaces, CSV exports and external signal notifications. Source-specific restrictions apply even when a plan includes export or integration features.
Responsible use and suspension
Customers must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, source-provider rules and applicable law. We may pause a monitor, revoke credentials or suspend a workspace to protect people, providers, the service or legal compliance.
Legal review before paid launch
This is a product-ready terms draft, not a final signed contract. Liability, warranties, indemnities, governing law, service levels, support, refunds, tax, data-protection roles and dispute terms require qualified legal approval and a customer agreement before paid production launch.
